This page outlines the terms and conditions for English services provided by Laura Brinkley - Laura's IELTS Page

​

a) You agree to be on time for each lesson. The teacher will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes.

b) You will make every attempt to complete preparation activities before the class.
c) Each course has a set duration time, e.g if you pay for 3 months, the course will finish 3 months from that start date.

d) You have the opportunity to attend classes from Tuesday to Saturday at the set schedule.

e) If you are unable to come to the lesson, please notify the teacher. 

PAYMENTS FOR THE COURSE
a) All payments should be made at the start of the course.

b) Remember that you are paying for a set time limit, NOT the number of classes.

 

CANCELLATIONS

a) The course is for a set time limit, so if you need to cancel the class, you will lose that class. (unless you have spoken to the teacher in advance and you can re-organise it for an alternative time for the same day).

b) Your subscription will be frozen at Christmas and Easter for the holidays.

c) If the teacher needs to cancel for an emergency or a planned holiday, you will be advised in advance and your subscription will be extended accordingly.

 

REFUNDS & TERMINATION POLICY

a) Once payment has been made, there are no refunds.  

 

It is your responsibility and commitment to take all of the classes in the packet within the time limit given for the classes.

c) Cada curso tiene una duración determinada, por ejemplo, si pagas 3 meses, el curso finalizará 3 meses después de esa fecha de inicio.

d) Tienes la oportunidad de asistir a clases de martes a sábado en el horario establecido.

e) Si no puedes venir a la lección, por favor notifíquelo al profesor.

PAGOS DEL CURSO
a) Todos los pagos deberán realizarse al inicio del curso.

b) Recuerda que estás pagando por un límite de tiempo establecido, NO por el número de clases.

CANCELACIONES

a) El curso es por un tiempo límite establecido, por lo que si necesitas cancelar la clase, perderás esa clase. (a menos que hayas hablado previamente con el profesor y puedas reorganizarlo para un horario alternativo para el mismo día).

b) Tu suscripción quedará congelada en Navidad y Semana Santa por las vacaciones.

c) Si el profesor necesita cancelar por una emergencia o un día festivo planificado, se le informará con antelación y su suscripción se ampliará en consecuencia.

POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSOS Y TERMINACIÓN

a) Una vez realizado el pago no existen devoluciones.

 

Es su responsabilidad y compromiso tomar todas las clases del paquete dentro del tiempo límite establecido para las clases.
